We'll do a quick Zoom interview so I can assess your needs. Then, I'll create a customized training plan that tells you exactly what to do, and when to do it.
2. Get custom strength & mobility workouts
As a runner, your body is your machine and mobility is the regular maintenance it needs. We'll go through the body from head to toe (literally) and get you all tuned up for your first 50k.
3. Conquer the 6 pillars of ultra training
The biggest mistake I see runners make when training is they forget to address all the factors that affect race day (mindset, race strategy, mobility training, etc.). We'll meet up each week on Zoom to master a different aspect of ultra running so you don't make the same mistake.
4. Get personalized coaching & accountability
I had tons of questions when I was just starting out running ultras - so I'll be there to answer yours and personally coach you through your training process.
